Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that is evidence-based, collaborative, time-limited, problem-focused, and recommended in treatment guidelines for mental health issues including depression and anxiety.

I aim to empower clients to take charge of their mental health using practical skills. Through evidence-based therapy like CBT, clients learn and practice skills to manage their anxiety, adult ADHD, and depression.

When we work together on a customized therapy plan, you’ll develop the knowledge and skills to become the expert of your own mental health.
