Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a form of psychotherapy that is evidence-based, collaborative, time-limited, problem-focused, and recommended in treatment guidelines for mental health issues including depression and anxiety.

I aim to empower clients to take charge of their mental health. Through evidence-based therapies, clients learn more about themselves, process and heal from trauma, and practice skills to manage concerns like anxiety, adult ADHD, and depression.

My favourite part of therapy is when clients realize they’re changing, growing, and coping.
